Thank you, Susan, for introducing me to John Hume. I was familiar with David Hume but was not aware of John Hume and his constructive role in Ireland and in Europe. I like a quote from him, that “Over the years, the barriers of the past—the distrust and prejudices of the past—will be eroded, and a new society will evolve.” Dare we hope that this is possible in our deeply divided country?

We don’t know. But, if enough of us who value people and Earth keep walking that path back to who we were meant to be, its possible. I just finished reading a book by Mac Maccartney – The Children’s Fire. I highly recommend it. https://macmacartney.com/
We should chat by phone. I would love to catch with you and your family. Susan
